charles and Jo VandenPlas - So sorry to hear Aunt Mae passed away. I just found out two weeks ago when my mom sent me a note. I wish I had been able to have more contact with her over the years and had the close relationship I would have liked. I stumbled upon Aunt Mae's obituary on the internet, otherwise I would have never known what happened. I'm going to download it to put with my family tree info. We are very sorry that Aunt Mae passed away and all of her children and grandchildren have our deepest sympathies.

Michael L. Delk - I will always remember Aunt Mae, Especial when the peonies are in bloom in the spring time. I still have the starts of the flowers she gave me years ago, from her yard. I know my Grandmother (Her sister, Mary Etta)loved her dearly. Aunt Mae was a special Lady.

Ruthie Lucas (Burris) - To all the Family of Mae! Sorry to hear about Mae's passing. I was notified by Michael Delk and really apprecicated him letting me know. I can remember times of gathering in her living room and just listen to her and Mom Delk, her sister, discuss what to do to the next doll that needed to be made or restored. I, myself, am privileged to have one of those dolls made just for me. She is in a long white gown and just as precious now as when I received her serverl years ago.
