Rocky Mikel - Dear Pam and Family: I was very sad to learn of Davis' passing today. He was one of the nicest men I've known and I always enjoyed being around him. He and Dad were close and it is was easy, even as a boy growing up, to see why. His presence will be missed, but I will always remember the many things he, Dad and I did together. I have so many sweet memories of playing cards and spending fun time together with you at Ray and Katrina's..and later, time spent at your house next door to Katrina. I have been away from the Mikel family for many years, but please know that your love for each other and love that you shared with others mattered..it was noticed and affected those around around you more than you may realize. I am confident that Ira is at peace, healed and celebrating at the feet of our Lord and Savior today. I pray for God to wrap you in his comfort and love.
