Even though years have passed since we've been able to see all of you, my love for my "Aunt" Evelyn and all of you has stayed constant. Many of my fondest childhood memories are of spending time and laughing with your family. Aunt Evelyn was gentle and kind and gifted with a wonderful sense of humor. Truman G. Pope - It was with sadness that I read of Evelyn's passing. She and I were friends and colleagues for a long time at Ball State University. She supervised the Payroll Department with a high degree of accuracy allowing no errors. We went on several university trips together and she always had a smile and sense of humor. She was mainly responsible for the publishing of the Employees Benefits Handbook which was given to all employees. The payroll was always produced in a timely and accurate fashion.
